What’s the minimum order quantity?
Depends on the product. Most factories we work with require 500-1000 units minimum. But we know small-batch suppliers too. Tell us what you need—we’ll find the right factory for your order size.
How do you charge?
Simple. 10% service fee on the factory price. That covers factory verification, procurement, quality inspection, packing & shipping coordination. You see the factory quote. You see our fee. No surprise costs. Total transparency.
How long does it take to ship?
Factory production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on product complexity and order size. We send you a progress update every week. Once production is done, we arrange shipment and send tracking details immediately.
